The best choice is the one that complements the brickwork, render, roofline and other joinery. It is often useful to compare samples at the property and in changing daylight.

Many ranges allow a different internal and external finish. That can provide a stronger colour outside while retaining a lighter, neutral appearance inside the room.

What to consider when coordinating window colours with the property
A good quotation begins with the property and the way the opening will be used. We look at external and internal finishes, brickwork, render, roof colour, seals and hardware. The best answer is not always the same for every room, so it is worth considering privacy, daylight, furniture positions and how often an opening will be used before settling on a specification.

Installed work is surveyed before manufacture; supply-only customers remain responsible for confirming their order sizes and fitting requirements.
From first enquiry to finished order
Send one photograph of the whole elevation and close views of brick, render, roofline and existing joinery. This gives a better basis for choosing colour than an isolated sample against a white screen.
Special, dual-colour and woodgrain finishes can affect price and lead time. We record the internal and external finish separately and confirm matching expectations across different materials.

Questions about window colours
Can the frames be one colour outside and another inside?
Many uPVC and aluminium ranges offer dual-colour combinations. This can retain a light interior while using grey, black, a woodgrain or another suitable finish outside.
Are uPVC and aluminium colours made in the same way?
No. uPVC commonly uses a durable factory-applied foil, while aluminium normally has a powder-coated finish. The texture, sheen and colour match can therefore differ between materials.
Should I choose from a screen or a physical sample?
Use physical samples where possible. Phone and computer screens alter colour, and the same finish can look different beside brick, render and internal decoration or in changing daylight.
