What to consider when ordering made-to-measure windows and doors on a supply-only basis
A good quotation begins with the property and the way the opening will be used. We look at manufacturing sizes, viewed from outside conventions, openings, cills, add-ons, glass and delivery. The best answer is not always the same for every room, so it is worth considering privacy, daylight, furniture positions and how often an opening will be used before settling on a specification.

We manufacture made-to-measure products in Bristol and can provide supply only or professional installation across Bristol and nearby areas, depending on the project. Installed work is surveyed before manufacture; supply-only customers remain responsible for confirming their order sizes and fitting requirements.
From first enquiry to finished order
A schedule is the safest way to order several items. Give every opening a reference and record width, height, handing, colour, glass, cill, vents and hardware so the drawings and delivered products can be checked against the same list.
Supply-only prices exclude survey and fitting unless expressly stated. Collection, delivery, glazing and unloading arrangements should be confirmed before production, particularly for large aluminium or glass units.

Who provides the measurements for supply-only windows?
The customer or their installer supplies and confirms the manufacturing sizes and specification. We can discuss products, but responsibility for the opening and fitting remains with the supply-only customer.
Can glazing be supplied separately?
That depends on the product, glass size and collection or delivery arrangements. The quotation should state whether units are factory glazed, supplied loose or require specialist handling.
Do you offer collection or delivery?
Orders can be discussed for collection from Bristol or delivery where practical. Product size, glass weight, access, distance and unloading arrangements must be agreed before manufacture.
