Do you manufacture the windows?
Yes. Master Plastics manufactures uPVC windows and doors at its Bristol operation and also manufactures selected aluminium systems. Product availability and exact specifications should be confirmed when quoted.

Do you offer installation?
Yes. We offer professional installation in Bristol and surrounding areas, subject to the location and project. Supply-only manufacture is also available for trade customers and suitable projects.

Can I obtain a quotation without exact sizes?
Approximate sizes and photographs are often enough for an initial discussion. Installed orders require an appropriate survey before manufacture. Supply-only customers are responsible for providing and confirming order sizes.

How long will it take?
Lead times vary by product, colour, glass, hardware and workload. We will provide the current expectation when the specification is known rather than publishing a time that may not apply to your order.

Can frames be different colours inside and outside?
Many ranges offer dual-colour combinations, although availability varies. Tell us the external and internal appearance you want and we will check the suitable options.

Questions worth asking before ordering
Ask what is included in the quotation and whether it covers survey, removal, disposal, installation, making good and finishing trims. Confirm the frame system, opening arrangement, glass, colour, handles, threshold and any ventilation requirements. Small differences in specification can change both the appearance and price.
For replacement work, consider how each room is used. Bedrooms may need suitable escape openings; bathrooms need privacy; kitchens and living areas often benefit from carefully planned ventilation and larger clear glass areas. Doors need enough internal or external clearance, a practical threshold and an opening direction that works with furniture and paths.
Supply-only customers should confirm whether dimensions are manufacturing sizes and understand the viewed-from-outside convention used for openings. Installed projects are surveyed before manufacture. If any part of an order is unclear, ask before approving it—the best time to settle a detail is before production starts. Keep a copy of the agreed quotation and final specification for reference.
